The book presents research from a workshop Led by Besler & Sons. In order to acknowledge, examine, and document the typically under-recognized forms of creative practice and knowledge circulating through these buildings, this workshop examines the recent phenomenon of “non-pedigreed” building practices in Italy, known colloquially as the “Casa del Geometra.”
